Hi, my name is Lennart and I am from Sweden. My wife and I wont to bay a small flat or department in center of Negombo for living 3 or 4 month every year when we have snow and coldness in our country. We will not pay 100% in taxes for this flat, becuse we are not a rich people.

We have visit your country for 4 times 2002-2005-2008 and 2011, for visit our familys we sponsring with help from Swedish familys with money every 3 month. We have just now about 110 familys in Sri Lanka we are sponsring and same childhome.

We are just now planning to go to Sri Lanka in februari 2012 for 8 weeks. We wont to live in Village Inn in Negombo.
